ok but which is the better resolution? you dont know the image resolution to use? The img must have a bigger resolution but i need the image size becouse if is not to the perfect rate will be cut and not show propely..

http://www.ilmondodifrau.it/ the first post in cinema is mirai, the picture are 432×300, if 216×150 become bad when go in sidebar

for the post in the main article in the horizontal bar i use the same resolution 216×150, but when the sam post go in the right sidebar are resized becouse are more bigger… so i used the resolution of 432×300.. but which is the best resolution to use?
