fixed it, you can close the ticket
The logos are loaded in fine although I can’t attach the picture here so that should not be an issue either.
I don’t think that any of the templates will work because they all include a menu and the menu looks fine, the only issue is the logo not rendering.
I know I’ve paid for premium support since then but I can’t even find a link to renew it anywhere on this page or your main website.
Maybe I’m in the wrong account; I know I renewed support! And yes I have been a customer of yours for a long time!
OK but why is this my problem? All I did was update your plug-in I didn’t make any changes. Why am I the one that has to figure out what’s going on? Aren’t I paying for customer support? What am I missing here?
Thanks but to be honest I don’t remember ever configuring that and when I try, adding the image ,the image doesn’t work and it messes up the styling of the menu itself pretty badly.
Fixed admin-ajax and was able to save Settings, even re-uploaded logo, still nothing. TagDiv Standard Pack breaks header worse, and I don’t think I was using that before.
Actually I now noticed that the settings are spinning I don’t actually save
I got the featured image working again. Apparently I for some reason had lost the installation for cloud library. However the logo issue persists even after clearly seeing that the settings are correct.
It’s also causing the native WordPress gallery to break!
Done!
You will see it now, but only because I cleared the site cache last night. In a few hours it will load as normal, and then disappear.
I found the section, but when I try to save it just spins and spins. ?
I’m not certain what you mean. I’m using Newspaper?
But I’m not sure how screen caps will help. I’ve described both issues accurately.
Is there any way this can be done privately so I don’t have to show this info publicly?
How do I get to that control panel?
I’ve been trying to find a way to disable mobile on certain pages as you mentioned, but I can’t find a setting. If I leave the mobile editor blank, the page does not render at all.
Yes, I’m aware of how many changes there have been. Shortcodes are very common part of any website’s architecture.
I’m wondering why some shortcodes work, and others do not?
It seems to me the new version has less functionality than before. Correct me if I’m wrong. Is there anyway to escalate the matter, as the the inability to use shortcodes represents a very clear loss of function for your end-users.
Also, are you saying there’s a way I can exclude the mobile theme from pages or posts?
Thanks for the help.

My website is used primarily to display calendar items and dates. If this shortcode does not work in the Mobile Builder, the website (my business for 10 years, built with Newspaper) is useless.
Hi Calin:
Yes, I understand I have to use the TagDiv mobile builder (previously Bakery Builder code worked there, which was so helpful), but even that does not work.
Certain shortcodes work fine; other shortcodes appear as the shortcode itself, not rendering correctly. See mobile screen cap:
But it’s also worth mentioning that even shortcodes don’t work in the mobile editor anymore!
Hi Calin:
Thank you so much for the response! ?
The issue is definitely with pages, not posts.
This is what the page looks like on the back end, so you can see.

As long as the mobile plugin is off, this displays properly on both desktop and mobile!
When I turn on the mobile theme plugin, the mobile editor appears below, obviously.
Previously, I would simply paste the code from the main builder INTO the mobile editor. And for years this worked 100% fine.
Now, however, the code renders like this (excuse some areas removed for privacy):

In other words, since going from Newspaper 8 to 11, the builder code no longer works in the mobile editor.
I’m trying to figure out the best way to recreate all of the pages on my website so I can use both regular editor and mobile editor so it renders correctly on both.
And again, thanks Calin!
