Hello,

I do have a valid license and I have paid for support renewing and updated the theme, update solved featured images issue. I’m not much of technical person but I’m giving my best to solve this. I will try to update VC following the instructions and inform you about the result. My site url is http://www.rtvkraljevo.com

I have installed Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin and updated the theme. Now rtvkraljevo.com is back on the track. Thank you guys for helping me with this, special thanks goes to Chris S for fast and many answers! 😉
I’m not a coder or developer I m just a wp user, I buy and and install themes from themeforest and run websites. This new wp update is a disaster for people like me because now I have to buy support for 8 different wp themes in order to solve this type of problem.

If I pay for renewing the support can I download the updated version so I can update the theme or I have to buy new one?
Is there a chance to fix this probelm with theme update?

a) try clearing cache – please tell me how to do this
b) try turning off lazy loading images – please tell me what are they, all images are very-very small
c) try not using JetPack or Photon – dont have them
d) try clearing transients with wp-optimize please tell me how to do this
