Hi, I’ve been having this problem again for some time now. I increased status parameters, disabled all plugins, checked the system status in the theme panel, but nothing seems to work.
Uploading a 750x500px image with your theme takes about 12 seconds. I tested it with a wp default theme, Twenty Seventeen, and it works fine. Upload takes 2 seconds.
Is there a way to speed up backend with your theme?

Big Grid Slide has the layout of Big Grid 2 (one large image & three equal-sized small ones). Is it possible to have a Big Grid Slide with other layouts, e.g. that of Big Grid 3?

I have the exact same problem.
The social counter works fine and displays all my followers when I enter the full URL (https://www.facebook.com/mypagename) in Facebook ID, but in this case it doesn’t link to my Facebook page.
When I only enter my Facebook name without the in Facebook ID, it links to my Facebook page, but it displays 0 followers.
Is there some way I can fix this?

I still haven’t managed to disable the smart sidebar from my posts – yes, I tried several times to disable it from the theme panel > template settings > smart sidebar.
Can I give you my credentials (wp-admin) so you can see if there’s a glitch anywhere ?

Like I already said in my *first* post, I tried deactivating it from the theme panel, and it didn’t do the trick. It is not deactivated. Sidebar is still there.
I read in the forum that I should delete the cache. I did that too. Sidebar is still there.
Is there another way to deactivate it?

The smart sidebar only shows up in individual posts, not pages (I only have the homepage built with visual composer). I can’t deactivate it on themepanel>template settings>smart sidebar, or at least customise it using blocks.
