Error Social Counter in 6.6.1 - reply

Hi, I’m trying to update Social Counter, but Facebook is not working…
I downloaded the theme from Envato website, extracted the plugin and uploaded in the folder.
I can’t find the field to enter the Facebook App Key, as described here:

Simply, my Social Counter settings panel hasn’t that appearance.
Please, help us to get it back or give us an alternative.

Hi, thank you for your support.
I tried your custom CSS and it worked properly, but I’d prefer to have the title outsite (above) the featured image, like in block 6.
The problem with this is that the theme puts the posts in two columns, so I get smaller TITLE and white space on half column.
Is it possible to enlarge the display of block 6, to get all the space filled?
