But I am using the newspaper theme on other websites too and there both plugins are working fine together. why I am facing errors on this site?

When I update the theme I am missing Grid Modules in wp bakery and in the Theme panel setting I am missing Header Styles

Yes, but I used the child theme of the latest downloaded theme and then I updated the theme.

I have other licenses of newspaper too they are working fine with the wpbackery and tagDiv composer but why it is not working here. I have already installed the wpbackery from the theme folder I downloaded from your website.
