I did have an issue with the theme – couldn’t register it for some reason. But this is now fixed. The code still does not work on that page.

This is an example of a shortcode (one of many on the page):
[td_block_big_grid_1 sort=”featured” category_id=”2″ td_grid_style=”td-grid-style-4″ tdc_css=”eyJhbGwiOnsiZGlzcGxheSI6IiJ9fQ==”]
[td_block_11 custom_title=”Title” header_color=”#55a4c1″ category_id=”” sort=”” block_template_id=”td_block_template_1″ header_text_color=”#000000″ ajax_pagination=”next_prev”]

… It magically worked now (on the third day), same email and same code

thanks, I’ve manage to fix all but the background colour in the heater top menu. I’ve tried and changed the settings in Theme panel > Theme Colors > Top menu like you suggested here but it remains black.

Thanks for helping out.

I have two more questions regarding the header:
– how can I set background color for upper line in the header (see image 1)
– I did not set sticky menu on, but it still appears. How can I disable it? (image 2 and image 3)

It would be great if you could take a look at this. I can’t find any setting in templates (TD Composer) that would regulate this. I found one class that is loading at the beginning when page starts:

– td-pb-span12

and it’s “pushing” elements lower, but it’s not the only one and I can’t find why these classes are loading at all.

I’ve created login credentials (admin) for you – how can I send them to you?

Thanks for your instructions, I’ll take a look and let you know how it goes.

What I’m trying to do is implement a AdRotate ads in Header instead of Theme native ones, I’ve tried and succeeded using a workaround:
– Imported Header Template 1 (Magazine theme) via Cloud Template
– deleted Ad Element
– replaced it with sidebar Element
– and inserted AdRotate Widget in it’s place (instead of PHP code)

It actually worked and displayed ads properly.

But here is the issue with this new (imported) header – and my sec. Question

I now have two headers – one for homepage (this new imported one – Template 1) and other one for inside pages (the theme default one). I have removed ad element from both – so that does not impact this test (and deactivated unsupported plugin).

They are behaving differently when loading – please check this video (tagDiv Speed Booster and WP Super Cache are turned off).

You can see it in this video – LINK (.MVK)

Do you know why is there this “gap bottom” under menu when header from template 1 loads? The other one loads just fine.

do you have any information if your theme will some day support more advertising features? …

I see a lot of question on similar topics in your forum for some more advanced advertising features or at least compatibility with other advertising plugins.

And I must say I’m a bit shocked that one of the things I would consider basic for any publisher is not implemented and supported by your theme – we are porting our 10 years old CMS from typo3 to WP using your theme (which by the way does looks awesome) to find less functionality in it.

Is there a plugin you’d recommend? … we tried a few plugins but every single one has a conflict with tagDiv Speed Booster plugin (and if this one is not working then the site has issues with menu CSS)

I finally figured it out. There was something wrong with tagDiv Cloud Library plugin – looks like it didn’t update and so there was an issue with Speed Booster: incompatible plugin detected

Now everything works fine.

Hey, thanks for your suggestions. I’ve tried and implemented most of what you suggested, checked with google tool and the page score is 94 but the issue still persist.

I believe now this issue has nothing to do with server time:
I’ve checked theme panel settings > header > header style and tried out a couple of different setting and two things are happening:

1. the menu started to behave strange …. sometimes when I changed style of header the look would turn out completely different on site then it is shown under options.
For example style 1 under theme options looks like menu background color is white, but when I load the page it’s black (first white for a couple of sec. Then it turns black)
Style 4 – looks like menu background color id black, when I switch to and load the page, I first get black background color and then after a couple of sec. It turn a bit lighter color

2. The first CSS settings for menu that load are different depending on Style I choose under theme settings and then after a second or two change to desired ones (size font and color) … so It’s not one default settings for menu but different ones that pop up for a few seconds – where can I find first one that is loaded?

… we moved the site to a new account and this is still an issue – I’ve opened it so you can take a look. I did install Autoptimize plugin, but it doesn’t seem to help. Sometimes it takes well over 1s for the menu to change colors and fonts …

please take a look at http://www.varna-starost.si

strange that it doesn’t work for you. It might be a cache issue …. anyway I’m almost certain the style that gets loaded is from our live site (I have it set that www redirects me to the new site and without www it’s still the old one that loads)

I’ll see once we switch if there is still any issues, thanks for your help

Thanks for tip, I’ve removed the section with latest blog posts.

The page is in development and you’ll have to access the new one by changing the host file to direct the page: http://www.varnastarost.si to IP: 91.185.213.146

PS: it looks to me like the fist style that loads might be from our LIVE website and later the new one loads – could this be the issue?
