Why is no one in support listening to your customers! Give me an example with my website. The first support coworker, calin said that he had successfully created a test user and when I asked for an example using my site (proof) you give me an example that’s not my site? I am telling you my site is not working.

First of all, I don’t even have any subscriptions available so I don’t know where you got that from. I deleted the subscription template. I am not talking about the email where I receive that a user was created. I am talking about the verification email of the user. Send me a picture that it works then I can try to understand better, why is it not working on my end…

I am talking about the login/register account built in with the theme. It has nothing to do with the host. It’s the subscription login, my account etc of my my website

I just checked and there were about 100 other customer’s website with the same problem for iPad Pro etc and you guys keep giving the same answer that “your work iPad is unavailable” or some unrelated answer. This theme is so unsatisfactory. Give me a real answer if you don’t know then tell me you don’t know. This support is so awful. Like why can’t the developers make the theme responsive to all platforms? Are you joking?
