Thanks for your answer.
Our download has the old version of the plugin. Maybe we are downloading the theme from the wrong place? We are downloading from here https://themeforest.net/item/newsmag-news-magazine-newspaper/9512331 after login in, of course.
Or could it be that our support time expired and we can only download the old version?
Hi.
I can see we are in 5.4.7 and 5.6 is already out. However, I don’t find the way to upgrade. Se downloaded again the theme, but it seems to have that 5.4.7 version:
“Hay una nueva versión de WPBakery Page Builder disponible. Ver detalles de la versión 5.6. La actualización automática no está disponible para este plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

It takes me to this link https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/faq/can-i-update-wpbakery-page-builder-if-i-have-purchased-it-in-a-theme/ which basically says that the theme developer will provide the new, updated version.
Are you providing it? How can I get it?
Thanks.
Hello, Catalin.
None of that (in that entry) works.
– Raised memory to 128
– Included recommended lines in .htaccess
– This is development server. We have no traffic
– Do not use Yoast
– Do not use Cache (This is a development server)
– It is important to note that the problem only arises if the page is selected as the blog page, otherwise it all goes fine. If I deselect the same page from a blog page, it can be edited.
Is it enough if I send you FTP server login and WP login? Or do you need server credentials?
Thanks.
NOTE: PHP error log has this: [18-Sep-2018 17:10:04 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: Newsmag in /home/biotikas/public_html/noticierodigital/cms/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_version_check.php on line 26
System Status only shows 2 lines in yellow:
1) Home URL != Site URL Home URL not equal to Site URL, this may indicate a problem with your WordPress configuration.
2) No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache
#1 Should not be a problem. We have always set WordPress in its own directory for tidiness purposes and have never had any problems.
#2 Should not be a problem either. I am working in a testing environment with no traffic.
I am not using Yoast and raised the memory to 128. Problem continues.
, you should edit the theme core files, where the header section is created.
Is there a guide for this?
Thanks
Hello, Catalin. Thanks for your answer. I had read the documentation when I wrote, but have not found information about various topics which are very important. For example:
- How do I create new blocks using pre-existing modules
- How do I insert new blocks or modules in the header area. Header seems to be all presets just controlable through parameter twicking
- Is Tag Div and WPBakery the same thing? If not, why I do not see a TagDiv menu on WordPress back office, but do see a WPBakery one?
Thanks again for your response.
