The example you are showing from the world’s best caching plugin – wp rocket which is far better than the wp super cache.

I am using vps server and using only 4 plugins, it should give ve 100 score. But Pagespeed is asking to remove unused css from your theme. What are those css style that are not in use?

I agree too, brother. I have also created a ticket on seeking slow-speed support but there is still no response from the support team.
