I think we’re in the same boat. We’ve met every requirement and yet we still can’t access the cloud template. $70 for a product that thousands of people use and wondering why it doesn’t work…and wondering if we’re going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to figure it out.

did they fix the issue for you? i see a lot of people with the same error but not hearing if it’s been resolved. mine hasn’t been yet.

I am experiencing the same problem and sent an email tot he contact@tagdiv.com with all of the information 2 days ago. Still waiting on a reply.

My Hosting service has told me my memory limit is set at 900 as well so they don’t understand why it’s saying that I’m at 40.
