I’ve entered the key in my profile area and the theme is not yet activated. What should I do?

The first website was successfully activated years ago
The second site is not working

Same problem here, I’ve been seeing lots of post about view counter for Newspaper and I think most of them are not solved, for mine, it used to work before,

I did try everything I’ve read from here and still does not work
