Thank you; it’s not. My theme and plugin are both installed and I do not have the Edit with TD Composer link…

Thank you; and, excuse me for being stupid…but with the tagdiv plugin installed, how do I access it to begin designing? I am logged into admin and on the home page and I have no tagdiv sidebar: yes the plugin is installed.
