I have asked them to try to downgrade the WP 4.4 back to WP 4.3.1， the problem was solved, therefore, it should be surely the problem with the theme.

I planned to stay that way, however, then the WP automatically upgraded to 4.4 again … Then the problem is back …

Please kindly give me some support!
