The client has several sites in the same account and does not have a specific backup for this domain, which is the largest of all (approx. 30 GB).

There is no staging site where testing can be done without limitations. A restore operation is done by the hosting company and consists in restoring the account with the previous day’s backup, which means that all the posts made in the meantime are lost. The client requests that all major operations that can block the site (as is the problem in this ticket) be done as much as possible on weekends in order not to affect his traffic.

We are looking for a solution that will allow you to access the site. I’ll talk to the client and come back.

The issue was resolved by reinstalling the prebuilt version without including the content.
