Mailpoet plugin not working - reply

I don’t want you to test every plugin functionality. I could figure out that the website – WordPress default Php mailer function is not working. I understood this after I installed two other email newsletter plugins. I have another domain which runs on a different theme and same hosting and works well with the plugins. The PROBLEM is with the theme. Not with plugin, not with hosting. You should solve it. I cannot hire a freelancer for a bug on your theme.

thank you. And How to install rest of the theme’s plugins and demo?
I have tried default demo. But it stops in between.
