Hi Ana Maria,
as you can see in the screenshot of my first message (see here), the page was built with TD composer. It happens also in other pages, only in that module you see in the snapshot (Text with title). It stays loading and loading, but nothing happens. Unlike Webjump in the previous comment, I dont get any error message of any sort.

thanks for your help. I’ve been going through your checklist and everything looks aparently fine: theme requirements are Ok, .htaccess code was already implemented, plugins were all deactivated, even child theme, and cache was cleared too.

The problem still persists though. I cannot edit some parts of the website because of this, which is a big problem.

Any idea what to do?

thanks for your answer. It is weird cause I just have that problem with the “Autors template”. The rest of the templates are working perfectly. I do not have any shortcode on that template neither. As I asked before, is there anyway I could duplicate for example a “category template” and then asign it to authors?

Hi Calin, thanks for your message, but, sorry, I didn’t get your answer. I am using cloud templates for category pages, not for single posts. As you can see in this screenshot I would like the thumbnail to be automatically removed when there is no featured image… is that possible?

thanks for your answer. I was reading that post, but there is no info about how to set up a secondary menu together with the main menu within the hamburguer mobile menu. There is a lack of documentation about this issue. I created already a mobile template copying the data from the desktop. Where do I find those templates where I can have the secondary menu?

Can I kindly ask you how to achieve this?

Sorry, I think I was not clear enough with my question. What I meant is that I have a second menu, besides de main header menu, which is displayed right underneath the main one. I dont have that location for mobile in my menu options as you show in your screen (see here).

I just need this second menu to be displayed within the hamburguer menu in the mobile version. Is that possible? I don’t have the mobile theme activated, if that has something to do.

really appreaciate your quick response. Indeed, the problem was that I was trying to upload the whole package file. I took for granted that the .zip file was a ready-to-upload file, so I didn’t even try to decompress it. Next time I’ll give a double check before posting, hehehehe.
