Make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in special please make sure this code is set in .htaccess => https://www.screencast.com/t/D3i2ZA7K
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

thanks for your help. I’ve been going through your checklist and everything looks aparently fine: theme requirements are Ok, .htaccess code was already implemented, plugins were all deactivated, even child theme, and cache was cleared too.
The problem still persists though. I cannot edit some parts of the website because of this, which is a big problem.
Any idea what to do?

Also, we need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com to investigate the problem. Provide

We are having the same problem. It says the page as not created in TD composer, but we only used that.

as you can see in the screenshot of my first message (see here), the page was built with TD composer. It happens also in other pages, only in that module you see in the snapshot (Text with title). It stays loading and loading, but nothing happens. Unlike Webjump in the previous comment, I dont get any error message of any sort.
