I worked with many internet companies before and no one asking me to provide my admin account for any reason. All of them are both direct SAAS services or 3rd parties, that’s why I am concerned about this matter.

This might be a new “standard” but I think it is not safe as no one can guarantee that the system will never be hacked. What can you do if someone jumps into your system and collect the admin accounts of your ongoing customers?

I think the best solution is to use something like the “team viewer” app
If my problem is only about the “image size”, a request for my website admin account is not nesscessary.

Even I worked with many internet service companies before but I have no experience in management and control a website so if anyone can advise, please help to clarify.
