Yes, but I told you that I have uninstalled w3 total cache, but the speed booster still not working

What is the minifying css means? And which plugin use that kind of minifying css?

i also installed w3 total cache, but i uninstalled it again and activate the tagdiv speed booster, it was the same blank white (but the data was loading, i can see the page source)
