I have the following problem, my images are not the right size in blocks, although miniatures all available. More details in the screenshots.

Hello! I have the following problem, my images are not the right size in blocks, although miniatures all available. More details in the screenshots.
2. I have 25,000 images had to generate thumbnails for all – this is a very long and very heavy server. It may do so to use only the first image in the post? In their subjects, I used data https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/kama-thumbnail/ or similar plug. Very convenient takes the first image from the post and generates necessary – so there is no need to generate a large number of unnecessary images.
