Facebook & Instagram counters not working - reply

I followed those directions and it doesn’t do anything. I know my FB app is working because the Facebook comments are working.

So something else is the issue.

My website is doing something similar. It appears at midnight GMT my site loses all of “today’s” posts despite my settings being in PST.

This is an issue I need fixed as well.
