mmmmm i buy the license 7th november, today its 12th november and i have no solution, i think that i am waiting enough not?? it’s seem a joke… i write a few emails and nothing and it’s the only way to contact, it’s ridiculous

I try the manual activation with the activation key that obtain with the purchase code and not work. I develop the web in domain that is not public, could be this the problem??
