Normal lightbox no longer loads the image when enlarging [WP 5.1, Theme 9.5] - reply

You might want to check again on v9.5 because that option is not displaying for me either. I am using site post template style 3 and when I add an image or a gallery, clicking the pencil icon on the image just takes me back to the media window and no options for the image. No resizing, opening in modal, etc..
