Thanks Vlad… how do I know what modules and blocks to activate… or should I just activate all thumbs on all blocks? That seems like it might slow the site down?

Hi Calin… thanks. that’s how to remove background image… how do I replace one?
Appreciate the help, just learning the tagdiv page editor.

Is there a complete article on using the editor, the short 3 minute video doesn’t help much

Hi – I already did all that, as I have seen others in the forum with this issue.

Using zero plugins, standard theme out of the box, no modifications, no custom code, no child theme…
Just a stock install.

I have also turned off lazy load,
and still having problems with images not being pulled
into front page, and category page displays.

Please help… would a login to look help you?

It appears that “box quote center” or “pull quote center”
might do it for me,
but it doesn’t seem to be in my dropdown list of shortcodes…

have they moved in version 6?

I would still prefer to have simpler styling… as above…
for the standard block quotes

Thanks Chris.. I’ll take this as a cheerful and friendly “no” …

Oh… I’ve been doing this a loooong time, have millions of FB fans on several pages, etc…
other sites with hundreds of thousands of page views monthly…etc….
and Facebook hasn’t changed the optimal size and aspect ratio of a “link share” image
in several years.

Anyways… I love the theme for my new site,
and will work to shoe-horn my 1.91:1 featured images
into the splendid theme…
