Double slash error was issued by the activation of “Auto Trailing Slash” option in Plugin Organizer v10.1.6 > settings jointly with the activation of “migrate.js” option in settings > “advanced options”> in Complianz GDPR/CCPA Premium 6.1.3 Plugin.

If options off, everything goes on. (including these 2 plugins)

Sorry I first didn’t understood you were using STYLE PRO mockup… So to answer your question, just open & edit your homepage in td-composer. Select the element block you want to change and in left hand menu, go to style. search for title attributes and make your selection. see the changes. save it ! TAF.

trying answering your last question about title caps. 1/ Are you using a demosite? if yes which one. 2/ Are you using a child theme? it seems not. If you plan to make permanent changes, you’d better use a child theme.

To answer your question and as far as i know, you must precise where you want to change title cap attributes as it is possible to change it block per block…
