Issues continues and i also sent cpanel and website login to your email days ago without response. I am losing money and clients with this. Please check my email and correct the errors!!!!

i HAVE MORE THAN 72 HOURS WAITING FOR A RESPONSE THROUGH THEIR EMAIL. This guys are pulling a really good scam. I already contacted the state attorney and BBB so they can handle this guys.

Support…. If the TagDiv are the problem. We followed al recommendations from most of the post in this forum. Just fix the code on your plugins and let us know when will it be available.

Seems the support is not reading what we are writing…. Issues started all of th sudden like MANY users are reporting. I already said that the issue ONLY happens the moment we active yout TD CLOUD plugin. Please fix your theme and plugin since the wordpress community know the issue is connected to the Jquery modules deprecated as seen while using the Jquery helper plugin. Please provide fix or update your code.

The theme is great. Support not so much. THey keep babbling the same thing without any help (refering to things everyone has done already). They know they have an issue but aren’t telling us about when they will update their code.
