Hi friend,
From the theme control panel / updates, you can go back to a previous version of the theme. This way you can keep your page working while the tagdiv team fixes your problem 🙂
PS Did you update all the theme plufings, activate them, and clear the cache?
Thanks!
Hi @Bettina,
I just checked my inbox and spam folder and I can’t find any email from the tagdiv team.
Can you please send it again? For some reason unknown to me, I have not received that response.
Thanks
Hello @Bettina,
Through your website, I have requested this same job for a quotation. But I don’t get any answer, could you please check?
Thanks
Hello,
Now run ok, thanks for this code 🙂
I used that code when I was using the default template of the theme.
But now that I use custom template created from the cloud, that custom code doesn’t work anymore. That’s why I asked again.
Do you know how we can make it work now?
I understand, thank you very much for the clarification 🙂
Have a nice weekend, Jose
Thanks, really good idea 🙂
Hi Simion C,
The problem is that he sees too big. I want the size to be the same in the posts as in the homepage (responsive version), from a mobile.
How can I do that? Keep the same size of the logo, in any part of the web.
Hello Vlad S,
Thank you for your help. I have added the code, but it did not fix the problem.
Is there any other way to make the logo look good?
Hello Vlad S,
Thanks for reply.
To avoid problems with my main page, let’s use my test page (it’s this one: https://cutt.ly/Nkq08Q5 )
I have deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache. I have also removed all custom CSS from the theme.
Right now only the theme and theme plugins are working. I use the same logo for the theme control panel and for the mobile plugin control panel.
In the first image you can see the responsive version of the homepage on a mobile. In the second image you can see an article loaded with tagdiv mobile plugin.
Can you see the difference? The logo is bigger, the menu is out of place, the top menu bar has no shadow…. All these are theme errors. Rather, they are tagdiv mobile plugin errors. Maybe you should check this problem a bit, because it is not very aesthetic.
Cheers, Jose

Hello @Vlad S,
I understand that. Can you give me a quote to improve this option?
Hello @Anamaria,
I think it must be some kind of mistake. Using a mobile device, the menu is shaded in the home page, in categories… But it doesn’t have a shadow on the items, which is where I want.
I don’t know if it happens in all the items, but in most of them it does.
Can you add it there if you use css?

Gracias
Thanks 🙂
Yes, I apologize, I forgot to close the ticket. It was a cache problem, once solved yoast.
Thanks and sorry.
Hello Vlad S,
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
<FilesMatch "\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff|woff2|font.css|css|js)$">
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
</FilesMatch>
</IfModule>
Amazing, thanks!
Yes, it’s something I’ve already tried. But I can’t get a full-size image. It always stretches and since the image is not very big, it appears pixelated. I will keep looking for a solution, thanks for your help.
Thanks 🙂
works perfectly.
Is there a way not to lose the changes in future updates?
Thanks
Sent, thanks
I have the same problem, even if I change the type of image.
Maybe the problem is the ROW?

No problem, thanks for your work team 🙂
Hello Calin,
When you set a background image, the background image is only activated on the category background. But if, you are right, with a background image activated, the category’s highlight image works correctly. However, I think it does not make sense to have to set a background image, for it to work (the background image and the highlighted image are not the same).
As a patch, I used a 1×1 (png) transparent background image. And so, the highlighted image works too.
You may want to check this for future updates.
Cheers!
Hello @Vlad S
So, something is wrong with my website.
I use templates from the cloud library. The “standard pack” plugin is disabled.
This is what my mobile website looks like:
https://fotos.subefotos.com/a207b2f719a65effdda1653a9ce71c3ao.jpg
If I deactivate the “tag div mobile” plugin, the amp version looks broken, like this:

Then, for it to work properly (even with a different design), I have to have the “tagdiv mobile” plugin activated, only in its amp version:

What should I do to be able to do without this plugin, and that AMP looks good?
Cheers, Jose
PF: website: https://cutt.ly/Ah5gvDB (now have tagdib mobile enable)
Yes, I have activated “tagdiv mobile” and selected “amp” in the menu of the mobile plugin.
But is it totally necessary to have “tagdiv mobile” activated for it to work properly amp?
I want it to work with the same aesthetics that the web has, using custom libraries from the cloud.
Hey, this is not something urgent my friend. So I will simply wait for your response when possible.
I wish the whole team a merry Christmas. Thank you very much for the help you give me all year round. Hugs.
