I followed all the requirements when installing this theme last year. Nothing has changed. Let me know when you want access to the site so it can be fixed. I extended my support license a couple days ago.

I’m using the Cache plugin that was recommended for theme. But ever since the new update, view counts weren’t adding or going up. So I had to disable the cache option button for theme panel.

I updated to 10.1 and turned on cache for posts and it’s still not working.

If I turn the cache button off, the views count.
