Hi, I imported “single post template 4” and trying to edit it to match “default post template 8”.
The “single post template 4” does NOT use the featured image as the background like “default post template 8”.
“Single post template 4″ only shows the featured image up top. I want the background look like”default post template 8” where the background is featured image.
Please provide instructions on how to to this
Thanks
Hi, I went through the template library but didn’t find one that matches “style 8” from:
layout settings -> post settings -> default site template (site wide) -> Style 8
I am looking for a template that can have the featured image as the entire background. If there is no template that can do this, please provide instructions on how to do this in the TD composer.
If you want an example of what I am looking for. Go to:
layout settings -> post settings -> default site template (site wide) -> Style 8
then click on preview. you should see the feature image set to fill the background.
Thanks
Hi, I am using “Style 8” under:
layout settings -> post settings -> default site template (site wide) -> Style 8
There is no option for me to edit this template using the TD composer. How can I edit the template? I have tried to go to the post and click on “edit template” from the top menu bar but I get the message:
“Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.”
Please Help
Thanks
Hi, i was able to fix the issue. I have another question.
How do I select a different block/module style for the “related article section” down at the bottom of the post?
Thanks
Hi,
I was not able to fix the issue. I get the following pop-up message when I click the “edit template” button shown in your screenshot:
“Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable”
Please help
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the help. I was able to fix #2 and #3 above.
However for #1, can you show how to edit “Template 8”? I can select “Template 8” in the post settings from theme panel but I don’t see an option to edit the template.
Thanks
