Do you know why my footer looks different on page and post?

I use only footer widget (footer 1 and footer 2), on pages it is correct. But on post and category sites, the text is on another position and the link colour is not yellow, it’s grey. In Theme Panel everything is correct. I enabled footer with 2 coloums, but the picture with text in footer 1 is not correct displayed. You can have a look here:

Ok. But when I create a new page and use “dynamic sidebar” I can choose between 5 sidebars (newspaper default, top right (social), footer 1, footer 2, footer 3).

How can I create a further, own sidebar for the widgets?

In which php-file can I find that 5 sidebars? In that file I can copy one sidebar and create a further one, right?

in the empty field in the theme panel at custom css and then it works or do I have to change it in the file style.css directly?

On desktop and tablet it works fine for me with that style and size. Only on mobile the logo is too big for that screen.

So when I change the width via custom css with that code you gave me above, I change it only for mobile or for desktop and tablet as well?
