Hi Calvin,
Any news regarding development od bookmarks feature?
Kind regards,

Yes, that is exactly what I would like to offer users of my website (so this feature would also encourage users to register).

Kind regards,
Kaz

Hello,
I have the same problem with/opinion on this feature. It’s normal that one user enters the website with use of mobile, computer, different browsers. It’s typical behaviour to bookmark someting on one device in order to read it later on a different device. I would appreciate very much if that feature will allow users to save bookmarks independently from device or browser.
Kind regards,
Kaz

Hi Anamaria,

Thank you. Are you planning to expand this feature to include following authors and adding categories to bookmarks?

Kind regards

It’s unfortunate, it would be a great feature. The workaround would not work for me (there are hundreds of users assigned to these two roles).

Is it possible to use “Author page shortcodes” outside the author template?

Hi Anamaria,

What I need is to set a template for a particular user role (not each user individually despite their role). When I have a lot of users, and they are not authors (or admins or editors) then it’s not very effective (or impossible) to set each user a template individually. I need to set two separate templates – for all of authors and for all of subscribers. Is that possible?

Kind regards,
Kazimierz

I read it, works fine for default templates. As I have mentioned in my previous post – I don’t know where in files is code responsible for selecting and displaying author for templates created with cloud template.

Hi, I know how to implement coauthor for default post templates (it works fine), but I don’t know how to implement it for a post template created with cloud templates. It have to use similar code to display author name, description etc. on the website. I just don’t know where to find it. Any hints where to start, what to do?

It’s quite problematic that it’s impossible to modify default templates, and on the other hand cloud templates are quite limited in terms of customization of many functions.

Ok, I managed to find it – in shortcodes of td cloud library plugin.

Hi, I mean “td_source”. I’m looking for the file where code for linking it (using “td_source_url”) is placed, so I could disable it and use “td_source” only as a text.

Simion,
I would like to apply co-author code to a custom single post template I created for my website. Where can I find files of the custom template?

Thanks!
