Sure. I’m trying to get a tag cloud installed on the homepage of a site that has newspaper 12 and tagdiv installed. I don’t see any options for it.
In wordpress widgets, there used to be an option for this. But, I don’t see a way to do it through the tag div editor.
Let me know what other information you need.
Karin
Thanks Anamaria for your reply,
We do not use the theme on multisite. All the admins receive the same error message that “you do not have access to this page” when we click on install on the Newsletter plugin/addon. My developer was going to see if he could install the plugin manually, signed into themeforest to see if that could work with our Newspaper download, but doesn’t seem so.
If having the host or our developer install it manually is a good option, how do you acquire a download of an individual plugin?
Thanks,
Karin
Thanks Calin, we figured a work around and are all set. Thanks for all your help! Much appreciated.

Hey Calin,
thank you so much for this. I think there might be some mystery padding in the content section, but I don’t know where this setting might be located. I’ve checked the content section rows, columns, everything for padding anywhere, but I don’t see any.
I’m wondering, too if the footer is somehow causing this issue as well.

Thank you as always for these detailed and easy to follow instructions! I think I lied about my last question!
Hopefully this is the last. I followed your instructions. My template settings for page width is set to default (if that is helpful info), the row for the header set to “stretch row”, and the boxed site settings are as you have indicated, but still am having two bits of trouble. I can’t seem to resolve a few pixels on each side, as you can see in this photo. I’ve tried a few different configurations where I can add padding in pixels or percentages, but this always breaks the responsiveness of it at smaller screen sizes.
I can add paddings to match it, if I use the “stretch to 1200 content” option, but then this breaks the responsiveness of the site.
Thanks again!
Karin
Thanks so much for this. I went really slow rebuilding it checking when the alignment would get messed up. I think I got it centered, but unfortunately one last thing is driving me up the wall is that I can’t get it to match the content width.
I’ve set the content width to 1200 in the theme panel, and the header 1200. But it does not match on my screen. which could be a browser thing? Finding a percentage is proving really hard.
My final question is how can I make the header and content width match! So sorry for all the questions! I promise this is the last one!

Might I ask one more question. My client wants the mobile menu to be different on the default header. She created a new mobile menu that is easily activated with the pages that have the mobile theme active, but on the homepage and the pages where the default header is, I don’t see a way to indicate a change to a different menu when on mobile device there.
It there any way to do this?
Karin
Oh goodness! Thank you, so simple. lol. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately, this site is a site associated with the organization I work for, and is behind a password which I am not sure I should give out here.
Is there any way I can offer screenshots or the like to help illuminate the problem?
Thanks again,
Karin
Alright! I got the header on the homepage and changed the tagline font as you instructed here! yay!
I think I only have one last question related to this matter: I can not figure out how to get the header on the pages and posts, somehow that is not happening. I do not have the “edit in tagDIV” option on the posts and pages as I have on the homepage.
Also, strangely, a lot of my setting in the theme panel do not seem to be connected/reflecting on my site. AKA, when I make changes (such as hiding the author box) I do not see that happening after I hit save.
Thanks again for all your help here. I appreciate it!
Karin
Thank you so much for these instructions, they have been really helpful. I think I’m getting closer.
The header did disappear tho when I activated the standard pack. But, the good news is the header font option has materialized in the theme panel. So that’s promising.
I played around selecting different header styles, as there is no header template to choose from and creating a cloud template and selecting that. But no luck in making the header re-appear.
Any thoughts?
Thanks again for your help.
Karin
Hi there,
The tagline is default in the Newspaper theme. I cannot access either of the ways you set out here unfortunately.
It seems to be neither a cloud template or a standard template. Under template it says “No template” and there are no other options in that dropdown.
When I try to edit in tagDvi, there is no way to select the header to edit. When I go to the Theme Panel, there is no section for “Header” under Theme Fonts…
