My question is not to “increase the site speed”. The problem is once the theme is activated right out of the box, my site speed becomes slow and even unable to load. I have not installed fancy plugins neither.

As I did not expect it takes extra effort to avoid the decrease of site speed, I would like to request for a full refund. Please advise the next steps.

Update: My site cannot load now after I reactivated the theme again.
