Hi team,
I just purchased and installed the theme but it loads very slow. It cannot load at the first try and I have to refresh. And it take around 1 minute to load after the refresh.
I tried to change to another theme and the speed was fast. It seems to be an issue with this theme.
Please advise how to fix it.
Update: My site cannot load now after I reactivated the theme again.

My question is not to “increase the site speed”. The problem is once the theme is activated right out of the box, my site speed becomes slow and even unable to load. I have not installed fancy plugins neither.
As I did not expect it takes extra effort to avoid the decrease of site speed, I would like to request for a full refund. Please advise the next steps.

The tagdiv Composer plugin is a bigger one with a lot of functions and settings. Our developers tried to improve it more and more, optimize it as much as they could in every update, and also bring in new features. We will try to do our best for this, but it will always need a little bit of separate optimization depending on each website.
