Hello!

Today my website woke up with the same problem again: When trying to add a new post, a white screen appears.

I’m using WordPress 6.5 and I updated tagdiv version 12.6.5 and all associated plugins TagDiv Composer, Cloud Library Social Counter Opt-in Builder and Standart Pack but the problem persists.

The paleative solution I found was a plugin that disables Gutenberg.

Did anyone else have the same problem?

Hello AnaMaria!

Does this solution need to be done in conjunction with the wordpress downgrade or is it already suitable for WordPress 6.4?

“Hi,

For creating a posts issue, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
For the amp and mobile theme, we are still investigating.

Thank you!”

same here!

I checked the wordpress debug and the message is that a table does not exist in my database “tds_plans”

See the log:
\[08-Nov-2023 17:10:18 UTC\] WordPress database error Table ‘db_site.tds_plans’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT \* FROM tds_plans made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), include(‘/themes/Newspaper/functions.php’), require_once(‘/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/tagdiv-wp-booster-functions.php’), do_action(‘td_wp_booster_legacy’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, {closure}, require_once(‘/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php’), require_once(‘/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php’), do_action(‘td_wp_booster_loaded’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, tdc_plugin_init, do_action(‘tdc_loaded’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, tds_config::on_tdc_loaded, tds_config::get_plans

Partially solved the solution. I can “save as an element” a constructed block, but I still can’t reuse the same element on multiple pages.

To give a better example, imagine if I need to use this same element on 50 pages. If I have to make a change to it, I would like it to be automatically replicated on all 50 pages. Code reuse. In other words, it would work as a TEMPLATE… and not as an ELEMENT.

:/

Ohh my good God! I achieved! just right click on a ROW and save as “element”.

Right! thanks! I made a video in which I create a blank page and drag the “single backgroun image” element to an empty column.

Then I place an image chosen from my gallery

Finally, I enable the “pop-up video” option providing the link to a video on YouTube.

When saving the page the link simply doesn’t work.

Here is the link to the video:

I would be grateful if you could give me some guidance on this.
