Hi Calin. Thank you very much for your answer.

Sure, I am happy to give you access to my website as admin. I provided credentials via email to the address contact@tagdiv.com a few minutes ago.

What are you using for your homepage? Did you use simple text with image as in a default WordPress theme? or you are using blocks, grids and more elements from theme builder? Because when you disable the composer, will be only shortcodes on desktop and this will be actually a text that will be loaded quite fast without any queries.

I am using TD Composer plugin for my homepage. There are blocks, rows and other elements in the homepage. If I disable all the plugins, then shortcodes appear on the page and the page loading is very fast: about 500ms. If I keep all plugins disabled but I enable just the TD Composer Plugin, shortcode disappear, blocks appear and the homepage takes about 30 secs to load, if I’m logged in. For non-loggedin users I use a cache plugin (Hummingbird).

I installed Query Monitor plugin and when I load the homepage, in the plugin panel I see about 40 “slow queries” by the TD Composer plugin, as you will see when you’ll login as admin.

If you want to test the compatibility issues, I installed “Health Check and Troubleshooting” plugin, so if you enable the Diagnostic mode you can disable and enable the plugins one-by-one without compromising the site functionality.

I took a look even at the server’s processes with a ssh connection (bash command: top). I noticed that it indicates 200/400% CPU usage for the process “mysql”. Maybe this could help you to understand what’s going on.

Thank you very much.

Hi. I still can’t find out where is the problem.

I installed the WordPress.org community’s “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin and I performed a test in Diagnostic mode.

If I disable all the plugins the site is fast. If I enable the only TD Composer plugin it takes about 30 seconds to load the homepage of my site.

I also installed and activated the John Blackbourn’s “Query Monitor” plugin, when I load the homepage the Query monitor panel shows about 40 “Slow queries” coming from the TD Composer plugin.

I would be happy for some advice.

Hi Dominik, thank you for your reply. I read you topic and I ckecked the Network tool on Chrome, but I don’t see multiple loading of the same elements in my case. Anyway, thank you very much for your help. I will update this topic when I’ll have more infos about my problem.

Thank you for your reply.

I had the same site on different servers (OVH, Contabo and Aruba) but it has always been slow (from 10 to 20 seconds to load the homepage) and the problem occurs just on the homepage, while the posts templates are faster (from 3 to 6 seconds loading), so I think the problem mostly occurs when the homepage is loaded, even if I’d like to speed up the posts loading as well.

I’m not using CDN.

My website loads external resources like ads (Google Adsense), fonts, and tracking scripts (Google Analytics).

The homepage contain several blocks (55 Td Flex blocks 1, 1 Post Slider, 2 Single Image, 2 Team Member, 1 Icon Box, 12 Title, 8 Separators, 7 Rows, 14 Inner Rows).

About image size or formats, I will check it out even if the homepage loading is slow even if it loads images from the memory cache.

I’m not using mobile optimized layouts.

I have no console error.

I am using using the Standard Pack plugin.

I will follow your tips to increase page speed and I will tell you if it works, then I will chech the factors you refer to, then I will add some more info on this topic.

Thank you.

Hallo, I just realized that FlexBlock1 has some problems even on Safari on iPad Mini. It shows the featured image as a background of the block, behind the title and the excerpt. I hope you fix this problem soon, because our website is online now. For now I will try to replace FlexBlock with other blocks. If you have some alternative solutions, I would be grateful for your help.

Hi, even if now everything works fine on Chrome, there are still problems with Flex Block 1 on Internet Explorer 11. I can see the image of the modules, but now the title and the excerpt appear overlying the image (superimposed on the image). I mean that the image of the module appears behind the title and the excerpt like a background image. I tried to fix it unsuccesfully but I see that other people had the same problem. Can you help me? Thank you.

Hello again, I sent a request to Envato Market Help, because I couldn’t login in my Envato account to download again my Newspaper theme. They helped me and so I have downloaded the Newspaper 8.7 .zip file again. Do you want me to reinstall the theme on my site or are you still working on it?

Hi Bogdan B., I sent to contact@tagdiv.com an email but they said that my Newspaper could be not original. I ensure it’s original. My company, Libra Editrice, bought the license twice this year. I sent you the original purchase code. As you can see in the backend of WordPress, I put the original purchase code in the Activate Theme section. They said I should install Newspaper again, downloading it from my Themeforest account, but now I cannot download the item any more (I bought it on 9th March 2018) because Envato Market, where I bought the theme, deactivated the download link. I also sent to contact@tagdiv.com the email that I received from Envato Market with the purchase confirmation. I’d be glad if you help me to solve the problem, please. Bye

P.P.S., I deactivated every single plugin on wordpress, then I reset navigation’s data in the browser’s settings to see the results. No way. It still doesn’t work

Thank you for the answer, but It didn’t fix. The site is on a dedicated server. Regarding the server requirements, here is my “equipment”:
– WordPress version: 4.9.5 (recommended: 4.0);
– webserver: Apache (recommended: Apache or Nginx);
– php.ini memory limit: 70MB (recommended: 64M);
– PHP version: 7.0.2 (recommended: PHP 5.4 or greater) (I had 5.6, I’ve changed the PHP version in cPanel to fix this problem, but It didn’t work);
– MySql version: 5.6.38 (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater);

WP Super Cache installed.
TagDiv Composer plugin deactivated, deleted, reinstalled and reactivated.
Nothing.
Sorry if I ask help again, but I really can’t understand what’s happening.

P.S., I even added the code you wrote above in .htaccess. Nothing.
