i will explain the issue
i created i new page and when i want to make the title ..

url current page : http://www.videotechnews.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=111&action=edit

when i click on update : HOP -> redirect to with

http://www.videotechnews.com/wp-admin/post.php

Ooops… Error 404
Sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn’t exist.

so i can t make any text in pages <stong>
