Where my finger points, the editing options should appear. This means that you cannot edit anything on the page.

This message appears in the pages of “ACTUALIDAD”, “EMPRESA DIGITAL” and “DIGITALIZATE”, in the last of the menu, “AFTERWORK”, does not appear.
The web looks good, but you cannot configure these pages.

How can we solve the problem?
