Good Morning,
I have a problem with some pages (3 pages) and it doesn’t let me edit them. The web site is https://www.sophiadigital.es/
It is as if the url had been fixed and did not accept changes on that page (in the internet browser it shows well).
When I try to edit the page in the composer TAGDIV COMPOSER I get this message at the top right of the screen in a red box:
Error at zones: 5 (models): 4 (dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z).
What could be the problem? I have tried to repair it in many ways and nothing 🙁

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please note that the tested plugins list can be found in here : https://www.screencast.com/t/2jsVqfpO45 Other plugins are not tested and they are not covered by the support. You will have to test them and see which one fits the best for you.

Hello, thanks for the support, I have deleted the page and created it the same but it seems to be a url problem. It is as if it had been fixed despite eliminating it.
Do you know why it can affect the url?

Usually these are isolate cases and need to be investigate, if the problem persist, then you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
