How do I set up the “don’t miss” section, with the multiple categories on the demo site?

*resolved the homepage issues… (skipped a step) woohoo :)))

New request:
1. drop down menu on the top header menu would really really helpful

So how can I use a bigger banner logo instead of this small one?
I do not want the ad next to the logo (at the moment)
