I forgot to mention that thumbnails do not display on front page also for the articles written by hand.

Hi,
I updated WordPress to 5.1.1, your Newspaper theme to 9.6 and the plugin for automatically importing posts (wp-autoblog) to the latest version.
Since then the thumbnails do not appear in front page. There is featured image in every post which is shown in the post page and in the category page as thumbnail.
I disabled all plugins but the problem remained.

Please, i need some help to solve the problem.

today i noticed that the pagination is shown in one category. I already have installed it in subdomain, where i done my tests and there it works fine after i copied the modified files. The installed plugins are the same in subdomain and domain. I also have installed the W3 Total Cache and the option ’empty all caches’ is inactive.

Please, have you any idea to solve the issue?

It works perfectly, now i have the possibility to add different ads in each category and associated posts.

The only remained issue is about the template width, thought that you will fix it in next version of the template.

finally i used categories for the background ads, putting color in the specific category, the background being clickable. I read the similar post ‘Background Image(s) z-index or order’ and i modified the file ‘td_background_render.php’ as you wrote (http://screencast.com/t/bcwMJ3S7) for category not for page.

$this->background_parameters[‘td_ad_background_click_link’] = “the url”;
}

The ad in the category is clickable but it isn’t in the posts of this category.

Please, could you help me? Also, i want to know if i can shorten the width of the template, in order to show the ads in 15′ screens. If you need access to the site, please, inform me.

I have already disabled the WP RSS Aggregator and the thumbs seem to be appeared. The issue about big grid 6 did not fix in the home page(url: magdasnews.gr). Only one image is shown.
I try another type of big grid and even create a new home page but the problem remain.
Could you help me to solve it?

The highest container ‘td-outer-wrap’ doesn’t accept background image or it is overlapped by another div so the image isn’t shown. I have already checked it.
I have read your documentation about background ad but this kind of ad is not appropriate for my case.
It will be helpful for me, if you tell me which files need to modify.
