A WordPress object cache 4 that uses the memcached (not memcache) PECL extension. is it ok or i need to find annother pluginn that uses memcache?

actually most of the things i’ve done before.
i also once enabled Object cach – plugin name Object Cache 4 everyone (Memcached or disk back end support for the WP Object Cache. Memcached server running and PHP Memcached class needed for better performance. No configuration needed, runs automatically) but don’t see any change on website performance, i wheather setted it wrong, or this plugin does not help. what you can suggest about object cache? or this plugin is ok? in server side object cach is enabled.

i tried all the things, but can’t fix that CPU load problem. it’s going up and down all the time. how can i fix that dear Calin?
