OK so I decided to go into a zone to figure this out. I checked my PHP errors and noticed that it was a MEMORY ERROR.

And all this time I was wondering if plugins weren’t playing nice. So I increased memory and the world is all good.

If anyone was wondering, yes. I feel like an idiot for not checking something so simple.

I should add – I tried disabling all unused features. It still didn’t help

Nope Lucian. WP requires at least 5.2.4. I checked, in case you were wondering

HI,

What features should I try to deactivate in Jetpack?

I use PHP version 5.2.6. Could that be it?

OK so let’s give some more details:

I tried activating plugins one by one.
Tried activating jetpack with one plugin at a time.
I tried them all with jetpack not connected and that works well too.

So I realise that things only went sour when I have all plugins activated AND jetpack is connected to my wordpress account. If any conditions vary from that, things work fine.

@alin_vlad what do you mean “purge your files”?
