I got this presentation :

but on my phone, the 2 text followed each other like this :

and i would get the photo and name before the second text, but when i changed it with the builder, it changes also the layout on the computer

How can i manage this ?

Theme panel > Background > Mobile menu background

You can set up color or an image !
Hope it will be enough !

I would also doing this to create a video menu, and people will navigate with continent.
