I have one more question regarding the same topic:
– here http://newsletter.freesmi.by/ the title of the block in the sidebar is perfectly sticked to the left
– here https://kratko.io/ that title is in the left, but with some spare space that is not needed. Is it possible to remove that space (I marked it with blue) http://i.imgur.com/0GtK5cK.png and move the title to the left?

Sorry, I had a misprint *The header background is white and the line below it is black

Hello Bogdan,

Thank you for your advise. Indeed I already tried the ways mentioned by your above, but unfortunately those adjustments change not only the header background color, but the line below it as well. That is not what I’m looking for. I don’t want it to be like here http://i.imgur.com/cpfovlU.png or here http://i.imgur.com/rtZFCKM.png or here http://i.imgur.com/eiIgf59.png

I want it exactly as at my test web site here http://i.imgur.com/1t0KZf0.png Here is the test web site at self http://newsletter.freesmi.by/ The header background is white and the line below it is white. So I want it exactly in the same way as there

Thanks

Actually the issue with the black area around the title appeared not only on the main page, but at the every page. Here is how it should be http://newsletter.freesmi.by/?p=9999999 Here is how it is http://kratko.io/?p=9999999

I already tried to change it via Visual composer and that is what I received https://gyazo.com/6e574d043a3967da6f334379b1ce33d9 https://kratko.io/ instead of https://gyazo.com/f368e47b2984fd27998c0beb6ab9ed66 http://newsletter.freesmi.by/ Unfortunately those changes remove the line completely

So, on actual web site (not test one) it looks like here https://gyazo.com/b383505dae35e17d4f96332be0b5579a

Hello Catalin,

Actually this is a test web site. Right now I’m moving to the actual web site and after I moved all the settings exactly as they are on the test web site, I noticed that discrepancy. Here is the actual web site I’m moving to https://kratko.io/

That’s a pity. Anyway thank you

I see. But here you have the theme just black without any boxes http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/ or here just white http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ I want to have completely the same effect, but a different color instead of black or white

mc_kot

Or probably to make the links underlined?

Thank you. With the new code the color has been changed. That is good. But the issue is that when I don’t set BACKGROUND COLOR in General theme colors https://gyazo.com/bd5d905475fcffab9631a7cfd8d61222 the page looks as here https://gyazo.com/6cfc4f68fadea4d5d81ab42f97578f82 (it means the page on the left and on the right is still without proper color)

When I set BACKGROUND COLOR in General theme colors, I receive the following result https://gyazo.com/a80795720a9eda75c537d18c08da4a00

Is it possible to make the whole page except menu with a different color? Just a different color without adding any additional frames or anything like this.

The idea is to make it as shown here https://gyazo.com/af98570612e1975c76f2d8abef272533

Super! Thank you Bogdan. And is there any change I may change the color from solid black to #333333? When I just change it in the code, the line disappears 🙁

Hello,

Regarding Titles — thanks a lot. It works perfect.

Regarding background, my idea is to make the same color everywhere except the menu (like here you have all grey + back menu http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/ I want to have all grey + white menu). How do I do that?

When I change something here http://screencast.com/t/o1h3PcH9t9 or here https://gyazo.com/cb79c42d0b1fa67f58330123b7e2840b It changes only the background on the left and right — https://gyazo.com/691cb379a2a7f9fe6ad46b45c13b4764 My idea is to make the whole web site background with different color (not just on sides) Is it something doable?

Thanks.

Thank you for the reply. After I pasted the code, the line appeared above the title, but not below it — https://gyazo.com/a735ab66a68a7dedd9263a6a5d9b9851 Is there any way to place it below it? The web site is http://newsletter.freesmi.by/

Actually that code removed all links (not only from title). For example on the main page I have:
– Title
– Text of the articles with links in it (below the title)

After I put the code, both title + links inside the article shown on the main page became not clickable. The idea is to make the title non clickable, but to keep the links in the article clickable. Is is possible?

Hello,

Thank you for the reply

Do I assume correctly that after I put this code .category-35 .td-g-rec{display:none;} (adding the correct number of category ID off course) to custom CSS block https://gyazo.com/05213b1ad64ce3388c1eccdf0c3d4da5 all advertisement will disappear from that particular category? Is it possible to make disappear only some particular AD blocks but not all of them?

Thanks.

Indeed the conflict is with Easy Social Share Buttons for WordPress https://codecanyon.net/item/easy-social-share-buttons-for-wordpress/6394476

I see. And is it possible to do the same for the main page?

Can you please advise if there is any way to keep links in the excerpt field in order to let them appear on the main page?
