Ok I saw where you guys helped someone add a twitter icon to the byline which linked to their account so I figured it would be similar.
Has anyone found a fix for this. I had this same issue and I got the same boilerplate response about disabling plugins and checking status which did not help the matter. I still get the white page and this is really taking all of the convenience out of why I purchased this theme in the first place.
Everything looks good as far as the parameters go except for the post max size, but I haven’t been able to find the php.ini file to change that. Also the size I have it set to seems to be larger than you recommend so I can’t see that being the issue. It also says I don’t have a caching plugin, but I am using siteground’s built-in caching.

Nothing in the documentation seems to be helping. It was working fine for days and just one day it started loading a blank viewport. Really need to get this fixed.
I’m having a similar issue and the viewport is just white and not loading the page at all. Worked for the last few days fine.
Chris, I want to see if you can help me with one more thing. Ever since I rolled back to 1.6, the theme can’t be activated it. When I enter the purchase code, it takes me to a page that says, Are you sure you want to do this? and Please try again linked. When I click please try again, it takes me back to the previous page. I tried manual activation and still can’t get it to work. I want to make sure the theme doesn’t stop working when I launch my site tomorrow.
I know. It’s ridiculous, especially when we are talking about such a small percentage larger. Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.
Ok, I’ll try requesting the previous version. Hate that I have to install two plugins to do something as simple as make sure the image fits the entire height, but since the grid has two different sized images, I couldn’t figure out a way to get it to work in css witbout it throwing everything off. Appreciate the help.
