Thanks Simion, sounds perfect. But is there a way to customize this code so it works for one category only?
Hi Catalin,
All this is obviously not online.
I’ll create an admin access for you, what’s your email address?
Hi again, I managed to recreate the set up using “inner row” but the spaces are totally wrong…
That’s how it looks: https://ibb.co/iKEjzT
While it should look like that: https://ibb.co/igj1eT
Please help 🙂
Thanks for this Catalin, sounds like a good option, your theme is definitely very powerful.
Nevertheless, I’m firstly trying to recreate the same “post” from Single Template 6. Most of it is fine but I have an issue with the Reviews section.
It looks like that: https://ibb.co/n0rQ68 and https://ibb.co/cfFUYo
While it should look like that: https://ibb.co/nkCnKT and https://ibb.co/dffJR8
How can I fix this?
And then, how do I create my 2 blocs just above the post sample?
Thanks again
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for your reply but I’m talking about a POST, not a page…
Hi Catalin,
I do not have any URL at the moment.
Here is a set-up I quickly did:
Desktop version https://imgur.com/2D5ff7R
Mobile/Tablet version https://imgur.com/zC3G394
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for your feedback @sbconle but all my plugins are still up and running (just double checked). Same for my permalinks, everything’s fine. So I still don’t understand why I got this alert… But thanks again for your message!
Actually I wonder if Yoast didn’t mess up once again as I noticed an update yesterday and another one today… Maybe their latest update solved the problem and that’s why Catalin couldn’t find the Google error?
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for your quick reply!

Ok, a friend found the solution, I had to add the code flex-flow: wrap;
Hope it’ll help someone else.
Hi Catalin,
If I remove the following code then the stars go below the title.
.td_module_6 .item-details {
display: flex;
align-items: center;
}
Maybe there’s an error in my code? Could you kindly help?
No clue, sorry mate
Oh, my bad, I just realised I made a mistake and posted in the Newsmag forum…
No I’m using Newspaper. In the code I sent you, you need to change NAME by the name of your category.
If your category name is travel-tips then the code is:
.category-travel-tips .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
I just removed stuff like date, views etc.
.category-NAME .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
Found the solution: it was due to Ad Block! It doesn’t block ads but show them in a weird way. Once disabled for that website, everything went back to normal. Hope it’ll help some other people.
It’s ok, don’t waste time on it, I can live with it.
Thank you both for your help.
Hi Catalin,
It still doesn’t work.
Bogdan wrote that I should paste the code in custom css so I made a mistake. Now I pasted it in javascript like on your screenshot.
But now we can still click on pictures and when we click on it, it opens the big version of the image.
So I removed the code.
Any solution?
Hi Bogdan,
Unfortunately it doesn’t work. The lightbox is still on for Smartlist pages.
Moreover, I noticed that on pages where the lightbox is on, the “caption text” appears as standard on mobile pages (when it should be smaller and in italic).
Thanks
Hi,
I found the solution: I disabled all Retina option in Newspaper Theme Panel > Block Settings. After regenerating all thumbnails it works fine now.
But there is still something weird: the General Modal Mode if off (in NP Theme Panel AND in images’ settings when you look at them in a post) but it seems to still be working online.
Thought this problem was going to be solved with the new update…
Could you kindly help?
Hi Simion,
I double checked everywhere and there is no zoom. Moreover, if there was a zoom, the text would be zoomed as well, and it is not. Only the Amazon Ads don’t display as they should…
Same thing happened on the laptop of one of my friends, a PC, on Chrome as well.
Thanks
It worked, thanks
Hi,
My pictures are still showing in the wrong size after the update: https://www.coupdepoker.com/culture-poker/top-meilleurs-films-poker/
The only change is that now they’re all small when before some were big, some were small.
I emptied all cache, checked the post if the size wasn’t wrong (and it’s not), even did a Force regenerate all thumbnails… but it didn’t fix the problem.
Can you kindly help?
Hi,
I still have the display problem with Amazon ads on Chrome, could you kindly help?
Thanks
Hi Simion,
I’m using a laptop PC (Lenovo), 14′ (HD screen by 1920×1080), Windows 10.
It only happens on Chrome 66.0.3359.181 (Build officiel) (64 bits).
Thanks
