Dear Simion,
Is there a similar code for pages?
Thanks
Dear Catalin, please read again my former post, I do NOT want to hide.
I want to DISABLE
Hi Catalin,
It seems that you didn’t understand my message.
At the moment these codes are HIDDING some information (display:none).
I want to DISABLE these informations, is it possible ?
Please note that td-classic-twitter, td-classic-facebook and td-category-siblings can be disabled everywhere.
BUT td-module-meta-info should be disabled for SOME CATEGORIES ONLY.
Sorry for the caps, wanted to make sure I was as clear as possible. Hope you will be able to help me.
Thanks
Great, thanks Simion!
Smart Sidebar. Ok. Found it 🙂
Hi Catalin,
What do you mean by “there”?
Thanks
Hi Catalin,
I had a look at the topic but I’m not sure to fully understand your reply.
1/ I don’t know which template number I use. How can I find that? Does it matter?
2/ I don’t get how I can hide it for some categories and not for some other ones…?
Thanks
Hi again,
How can I do that manually? I tried but it didn’t work…
Thanks
I’m talking about the Ajax menu
Just noticed they’re still there if I use Style 1. But I use Style 3…
Hi Simion, just sent you an email. Thanks
Works perfectly. Thanks!
Pinterest makes me loose 15 points (17 exactly) on Google Page Speed.
It’s even more for Instagram. That’s really disappointing…
Same problem with Pinterest widget in the sidebar…
I like the one provided by tagdiv, just forgot how to set it up (or enable it)
When I create an amazon widget and paste the script into a HTML block on the sidebar, nothing shows…
I just added the Amazon plugin, the ProductAd finally shows.
But ProductLink shortcode doesn’t show. I mean, you can read and click on the screen: [[Amazon_Link_Text]]
Thanks Alin for your reply.
So, if I want to hide more than 1 category, should I duplicate the code as below in the custom css or should I write it differently?
.category-slug1 .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
.category-slug2 .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
Moreover, isn’t there an easy way to customise this code so, when this data is hidden, the space is removed (as opposed to empty)?
Ok, so we have to update the plugins and not only the file “Installable WordPress Theme” as explained on this page https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ ?
Sorry, I just found the answer. Don’t bother replying. Thanks
Thanks for your reply but my question was about these elements in the category page AND in the posts pages.
Hi Simion, actually the problem happens again, even with Jetpack and all caching deactivated. Is there a PM or email address where I can send you a link?
I deactivated Jetpack, it seems this plugin was creating the problem. Thanks for your reply
Hi again, there’s an additional thing I don’t understand: I create a post, write my text and add a picture in the “featured image” block. But, after publishing, I see the featured image in the post (top left of the text). There’s obviously something I’m missing or doing wrong. Could you kindly help?
Thanks for your reply Simion.
So, I have to upload a picture in “Featured Image” for each article right? That’s this picture that will be resized? You don’t have an optimal size to recommend?
Is it normal that in the mega menu it’s squeezed and not resized?
