Thanks, Calin. Much appreciated. the topic link you posted doesn’t take me anywhere, but I understand the instructions you provided and appreciate the help.
Ah. Yes. I was referring to the Theme update. For Composer, I’m still using 5.2. May wait and see if they push another fix. Thanks for the info π
Hello Assadujarnan,
Is this even after the 2.7 update? Just curious.
Tim π
After a little testing… figured out that the conflict is with WP-Rocket. Not sure which part of it….but hopefully there is some setting to fix it …to keep WP-Rocket running also.
Hello AnaMaria,
We have that set to Auto.
We have several optimization plugins running, like Shortpixel for images, etc. Possibly there was an update from one of them that caused a conflict?
Mobile seems fine most of the time but desktop never rotates.
Thanks for your time!
Just fyi – no Desktop I see this error in the Inspector : https://imgur.com/a/4la03eS
Just as an update : Ticker works on Mobile for some reason and not desktop. https://mexiconewsdaily.com/
Thank you for that information, Bettina.
So, since the Cloud templates are different than the Standard Pack Plugin Templates… where can I find the Cloud Templates in the directory structure if we want to make edits to them?
Thanks again π
Tim
Hi, Anamaria
I am experiencing the same issue. Am not sure when the next Theme update will be, but have is there any resolution for now? Or should we just not use it?
Thanks,
Tim π
Hello Bettina,
Thanks for your response π
However, yes, we currently have that checked.
But the Comments submitted are set as “approved” and not held for moderation?
Do you think it’s a plugin conflict?
I was hoping it was a setting I was missing π

Hello Annamaria,
I just looked at the API Layer site…and it looks like we reached our limit of Requests per Month? We reached 100.
We must need to buy an upgrade for it?
Thanks,
Tim : )
Hi Anamaria,
This doesn’t seem to be a caching issue. We cleared all cache(s) and rechecked. We tried in Private/Incognito mode. We tried with “/?nocache=1” on the page…. But, it seems to not change. And it had been working fine for some time with the same caching system in place. I’m not sure if we should try setting up another key? Although I tried two keys and neither worked. It’s odd because it shows up fine… just with the same numbers all the time…?? Hmm..
Hello Anamaria,
Hope you are well π
We are having another issue with the Exchange Element π
It shows up on the page but the values are not changing.
It has the same api_url that we had changed before…. but the exchange rates aren’t changing.
Appreciate any help you can give,
Tim π
Thank you so much Anamaria!!
That worked!
Thanks again! Appreciate all your help!
Tim
Thank you again for responding, AnaMaria!
But, added the code to the place specified.
And then retried the Exchange Element but it still did not work.
I’m still wondering if we need to “unblock” the IP Address?
I’m not sure what else it might be?
Thanks for your time,
Tim
Thank you for that answer… however, it still did not work. Is there an IP Address that it connects to? If so, if we can get that and try and “allow” that IP address. We are hoping that can fix it.
Thanks,
Tim π
